A modern cultural and recreation complex, 2007
The main idea of this project is to build a complex on the total surface of 259 ha, with diverse infrastructure based on the unique beauty, ecology and climatic conditions of its location, which at the same time allows year-round recreation.
The planning structure provides for the limited number of buildings that can be included in the natural, landscape environment of the territory. It emphasizes particular functional zones, envisages creation of the organically complete transport infrastructure, composed of roads and designed thoroughfares of various categories.
unctional complex represents a unique, integral constructional formation, which includes various zones: mini hotels, sport and entertainment, medical-diagnostic, coastal, beach zones, as well as landscape-park and engineering service zones.
